The analysis was done for high resolution aeromagnetic data to delineate the shear zone of Ambaji granulite in Aravalli Delhi Fold belt, India. The purpose of the analysis is to map the structural features in terms of magnetic characteristics which are associated with base-metal mineralisation. 2.5D modelling of aeromagnetic data reveals the presence of granite gneiss up to a depth of ~3 km capped by a ~0.5 km of alluvium and presence of intrusive dykes within the Erinpura granite, juxtaposed with marble and biotite schist. 3D magnetic inversion at the Tkhatpura region indicates the depth of biotite-amphibolite gneiss/schist is ~500 m associated with sulphide mineralization.
